DS has launched quite a few special editions over the last few months or so, what with the Givenchy and the Terre Rouge. DS has now announced the new unpronounceable DS3 Inès de la Fressange. Other than a name that only a native can utter, what does the new model have?

Available in the UK from May, with prices starting at £20,310, the new DS3 what-ya-ma-call has been inspired by the latest fashion trends. This means buyers will enjoy features such as an Ink Blue body with an Opal White roof (on the hardtop model), which is finished off with Inès Red door mirrors. Oh, it also features an ‘airmail’ stripe, which runs along the bottom of the rear windows – maybe it’s needed to get it to the UK?
There is more blue inside, with sumptuous leather seats and a bold dashboard which is also finished in Inès Red and features the signature badge of the Inès de la Fressange Paris House, the ‘Léon’ fawn (a baby deer). For those looking for a fashionable bag, look no further as this special edition comes with a ‘Voyageur’ bag finished in the same Granit Blue leather as the seats.
What About The Other Goodies?
The DS3 – mumbles softly to mask awful pronunciation – Inès de la Fressange offers kit such as LED vision headlights, electric/heated wing mirrors and an auto-dimming rear view mirror. DAB radio also comes as standard, as does satellite navigation – ideal for finding all the famous fashion houses.
As well as leather seats, the steering wheel and gearknob are also trimmed with leather, with bespoke door mats, embossed headrest cover and a front armrest completing the interior styling. Helping to complete the tech lineup are automatic lights and wipers, and of course, smartphone integration, which is a also compulsory in any new car.
The new model will be available from May, with prices starting from £20,310 and a choice of either a petrol or diesel engine.
