Abarth will be holding what its claimed is the ‘most international Abarth meet ever’ – Abarth Day. I know, it must have taken them ages to come up with that name. The event will take place in not one, but four events, all of which wil take place at European race circuits.
When? Where? What?
The event takes place on the 29th of this month across four locations – Silverstone (UK), Navarra (Spain), the Nurburgring (Germany) and Tazio Nuvolari (Italy). These will be the meeting places for Abarth models ranging all the way from 1949 to the present day. 50,000 fans will be expected to be attendance and if you happen to own an Abarth you can join ‘The Scorpionship’ by visiting scorpionship.abarth.com.
Mopar will also be in attendance will be able to offer Abarth merchandise and accessories plus they’ll be a chance to have a go in the latest Abarth models on the track but if that isn’t enough you can opt to be a passenger in a high-performance Abarth racing car with a professional driver in the hot seat.
There will also be competitions to enter and you’ll also be able to configure the new 124 Spider thanks to the wonder of virtual reality.
