You may be looking at the title thinking “What’s so special about an AMG GTS?” It’s a great car but it’s not exactly rare, nor is it classic – not yet anyway. However, this particular model is the one that used to belong to Paul Wallace, better known as YouTuber ‘Supercars of London’. He feels that his time with the car is up and he’s passed it on to Gravelwood Car Sales for it to be sold.
Not Your Average AMG GTS
Supercars of London is no stranger to tuning his cars, and the AMG GTS is no different. The car may have lost its satin chrome wrap but it keeps the Renntech system which pushes the power output to 640bhp. It sounds pretty good as well, as you may have heard in some of his videos. 0-62mph comes in under 4 seconds and the top speed is a Autobahn-busting 193mph. All this German thunder comes from the 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 which lurks beneath that uber-long bonnet.
The mileage is pretty decent as well, having covered 13,000 miles since 2015, although I surprised it covered that many as it was sat in DUB Customs most of the time! The car has been well looked after as it has full service history from Mercedes-Benz which will give peace of mind.
As well as the the Renntech system, Paul’s former supercar comes with features such as heated seats, sat nav, panoramic sunroof, cruise control and keyless entry to name a few. It also comes with the history of being once used by one of the most popular automotive YouTubers in the country, which gives the car a nice backstory.
